I got an email saying my payment has failed, what should I do?

You have two options: you can pay the pending amount or update your preferred payment method.

To pay the pending amount, follow the link in your email, relevant alert or payment section in Dashboard tab.

Alternatively, you can update your payment method and the sum will be taken from your account automatically.

Please note that if you do not settle payments 72 hours past their due date, you might be incurred a penalty and your stay might be terminated.
