What if I can’t reach the guest after booking?

If your guest is late to their check-in, it is likely they will contact you via phone/email, or arrive soon. Some guests do not have access to a phone or have an alternate phone number while traveling. Also, transport delays might affect their arrival time.

As long as your booking status is ‘Live’, your booking is considered active and protected by your Host Cancellation Policy.

Here are a few ways to reach your guest:

  • Message through the FlatClub messaging system
  • Call your guest on their phone number
  • Email your guest through their personal email

You can find the guest contact information from the booking confirmation email and in your Booking Details on the FlatClub dashboard.
