What happens if my host cancels the booking after I arrived?

We strongly discourage host cancellation, but we understand it happens sometimes for various reasons.

In the case of a Host Cancellation, you will only pay for the nights you spent in the property you booked; the Host Cancellation Policy is waived in events such as this.

FlatClub can also assist you to find an alternative accommodation for the remainder of your stay, or we could refund you the balance should you decide not to book another place.
