What is Booking Refund Policy?

 

FlatClub’s Booking Refund Policy protects the guests if they encounter a Booking Issue. A Booking Issue generally falls into one of the 3 categories: 1) the host cancels the booking prior to check-in or is unable to provide access to the property booked; 2) the property offered is materially inaccurate to the description provided in the listing booked on FlatClub at the time of booking; 3) the listing is generally unclean, unsanitary or not as per described.
