It depends. At FlatClub, full or partial refunds are made to guests with a confirmed booking if their situation meets certain criteria.
Situations you might be eligible for a possible refund are:
- Host Cancellation
- Issues covered by FlatClub’s Booking Refund Policy
If you meet one of the criteria above, please contact FlatClub customer service at email@example.com, together with your booking reference and the details of your issue.
If you’d like to request a refund for another reason, you’ll need to follow our instructions to raise booking issue to FlatClub, where we will connect you to the host to discuss a refund and mediate if you’re unable to reach an agreement.
