Can I get a refund on my booking?

It depends. At FlatClub, full or partial refunds are made to guests with a confirmed booking if their situation meets certain criteria.

If you’d like to request a refund for another reason, you’ll need to follow our instructions to raise booking issue to FlatClub, where we will connect you to the host to discuss a refund and mediate if you’re unable to reach an agreement.
