What if I can’t reach the host after my booking?

No need to worry- as a first step, please try to contact your host by FlatClub message, phone and email if you are having difficulty getting in touch. The phone number and email for your host can be found in your booking confirmation email and booking details on your dashboard. If you are experiencing difficulty reaching your host and unable to obtain information about how to check-in please contact the FlatClub team via email.

If it turns out that you couldn't get in touch with the host to arrange your check-in, we'll issue you a refund in full and help you find an alternative.
