Any modification by guests after a booking is confirmed will be processed according to the Host Cancellation Policy, unless a mutual agreement is reached between the guest and the host. The refund amount you are eligible for will be determined by the terms of the listing Cancellation Policy selected by your host. FlatClub’s service fee is non refundable.
To modify an existing booking, you can take the following steps:
- Notify your host via FlatClub message.
- Notify FlatClub customer service in writing by sending an email to FlatClub Customer Service Team with your Booking Reference number. Your Booking Reference is available on your booking confirmation on your dashboard and on your confirmation email.
