Host cancellations are rare, strongly discouraged and host accounts are penalised if a cancellation is required. We take guest inconvenience very seriously. If your host needs to cancel your booking you are eligible for a full refund or you may transfer to a new booking if an alternative accommodation can be booked.
If you prefer to transfer your booking to a new listing, the FlatClub team will assist you to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. If your host has notified you that they will need to cancel, please notify the FlatClub team via email.
