What if I can't get in touch with my guest?

To communicate with your guest we recommend using FlatClub message. When you send a message through FlatClub, your guest receives an email and SMS. Communicating on the platform keeps all the info about your booking organised in one place.

If you urgently need to reach your guest and have not been able to communicate via email, SMS or phone, please ask FlatClub customer service for assistance by email.

If your guest didn't arrive on their check-in date, please contact FlatClub as soon as possible.
