When is my booking finalised?

Your booking is finalised when the host accepts your Booking Request or when you completed a pre-approved Booking Enquiry.

On accept, you will receive a booking confirmation and booking invoice. Your booking details, including address, check-in instructions and host contact information is available on your dashboard. You will also receive a booking confirmation email with these details. 

We recommend to keep the communication going with your host to ensure an easy check-in. Make sure you have the instructions for how to retrieve the keys, arrive and the property and contact your host.
